John 8:59

At this they picked up stones to throw at him, but Jesus concealed himself and made his way out of the temple.

John 10:31-33

The Jews again caught up stones to stone him. Jesus replied, "I have let you see many a good deed of God; for which of them do you mean to stone me?" The Jews retorted, "We mean to stone you, not for a good deed, but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, make yourself God."
