Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then am I strong.
No temptation hath overtaken you, but what is common to men. And God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted beyond what ye are able to bear; but will with the temptation make also a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear up under it.
Blessed are they who are persecuted for righteousness sake: for their's is the kingdom in heaven. Blessed are ye, when they shall revile and persecute you, and lying, speak every thing evil against you for my sake. Because thou hast keep the word of my patience, I also will preserve thee from the hour of temptation, which is coming upon the whole habitable globe to try the dwellers upon earth.

Let us not then be weary of well-doing; for in due time we shall reap, if we faint not.
