'Soothsayer' in the Bible

There must never be found among you anyone who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, anyone who practices divination, an omen reader, a soothsayer, a sorcerer,

or a charmer, or one that inquireth of a spirit of Python, or a soothsayer, or one that consulteth the dead.

Balaam also the son of Beor, the soothsayer, did the children of Israel slay with the sword among them that were slain by them.

"But you, come near here, you children of a soothsayer, offspring [of] an adulterer and she [who] commits fornication.
