Affiliate Marketing Manager

Description

Bright Data is looking for an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our Marketing Team, to expand and optimize our affiliate network. 

In this role, you’ll build powerful partnerships, drive growth in dynamic markets, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Onboard Affiliates: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our program. Train partners on product offerings, tools, and best practices to drive their success.
  • Nurture Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support, incentives, and resources to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor Performance: Analyze affiliate activity, monitor KPIs, and recommend strategies to maximize affiliate-generated revenue.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor affiliate practices to ensure adherence to company policies and brand guidelines.
  • Report and Analyze: Develop regular performance reports to share insights and progress with management.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to improve landing pages and marketing assets to support affiliate success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS / tech-focused environment.
  • Native or fluent English. 
  • Market Knowledge: strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, networks, platforms, and industry trends.
  • Ability to interpret data and use insights to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with CRM and affiliate management tools (HubSpot CRM, Salesforce….)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, while working independently or collaboratively
  • Tech savvy and self-starter, with excellent negotiation and skills, and relationship-building abilities.

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Overlay Sales Director with an expertise in data and analytics sales, specifically within the e-commerce and retail verticals, to drive the growth of Bright Insights across retailers, marketplaces, and brands throughout APAC. 

This is a hands-on role focused on expanding our presence and our impact in these key verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end direct sales of Bright Insights into retailers, marketplaces and brands. The work would be BOTH leading sales on your own, and also joining Bright Data’s in-region sales team to bring the product/domain expertise to help close new business.
  • Develop your pipe, from lead generation to closing deals - you must be a hunter!
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers and prospects — their business, use cases, needs, objectives, projects, and budgets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully and promptly deliver on customer requirements. 
  • Work with Marketing to optimize strategy for customer acquisition.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience , with a strong focus on data / retail and ideally also the APAC region.
  • Proven success in managing and executing both remote and F2F sales cycles of $50-$500K+ in value.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We’re looking for our next App Partnership Manager to lead the sales cycle for our SDK product - a new way to monetize apps, from researching and identifying prospects to closing deals and signing partnership agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full “sales” cycle for our SDK tool, including: lead generation, pitching, closing deals and signing partnership agreements

Bookkeeper

Description

Bright Data is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team.

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, tax payments, overseeing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis, and cash disbursements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process invoices from vendors in collaboration with the Procurement Team.
  • Prepare weekly payments.
  • Manage expenses, travel reimbursements and all expense reports.
  • Be responsible for the company's credit card process, reconciliation, and payments.
  • Assist with the monthly billing procedure ensuring proper invoices are issued to the customers.
  • Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closing procedures
  • Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years of bookkeeping experience (experience from a hi-tech company is an advantage)
  • Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)

Cloud FinOps Engineer

Description

We are seeking an experienced, first-on-the-ground Cloud FinOps Engineer to manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar cloud budget across a range of providers such as AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Snowflake, Cloudflare, and more. 

Reporting directly to the COO, this role will focus on identifying cost-saving opportunities, optimizing cloud resource usage, driving financial accountability, and implementing optimizations.

The ideal candidate has a very strong technical understanding, a DevOps background, a proven track record of reducing cloud costs, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, yet a fast-paced, environment, working closely with engineering and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

Cloud Cost Management: Analyze and monitor cloud spending across multiple platforms. Develop strategies to optimize cloud usage and reduce costs while ensuring performance reliability.

Optimization and Implementation: Recommend cost-saving measures, and implement optimizations (rightsizing resources, adjusting storage tiers, or leveraging spot instances).

Reporting and Forecasting: Develop regular reports on cloud expenditure, usage trends, and cost-optimization initiatives. Provide accurate cloud budget forecasts and variance analysis for executive leadership. 

Collaboration: Partner with procurement teams to support vendor negotiations by providing detailed usage data and cost insights. Work closely with engineering and product teams to align resource allocation with business objectives.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

-Proven success in reducing cloud costs in at least two organizations while managing multi-million-dollar budgets across multiple providers.

-Deep expertise in platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Snowflake, and Cloudflare.

Skills:

-Advanced analytical and technical skills to optimize cloud spending, deliver actionable insights, and streamline cost monitoring through scripting/automation tools.

-Proficiency with cloud cost management tools (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, CloudHealth) and a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and pricing models.

-Familiarity with FinOps frameworks and AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner).

DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Description

We're seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with AWS expertise to join our DevOps team. 

In this key role, you will be focusing on managing our cloud infrastructure, on CI/CD solutions and on helping drive our automation and infrastructure initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-region cloud infrastructure (AWS) and Kubernetes clusters.
  • Manage high-availability infrastructure provisioning and scaling, disaster recovery and backup.
  • Manage CI/CD solutions for automated application and infrastructure deployments.
  • Monitor and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems and workflows.

  • A software engineer with perfect Node.js knowledge (Python is an advantage); AWS API.
  • 3+ years experience with AWS (VPC, EC2, EKS, ELB, IAM, S3, Route 53, Secrets Manager, etc). AWS Solution Architect certificate is an advantage.
  • 3+ years experience with Terraform for managing AWS and in administering Kubernetes clusters.
  • Excellent understanding of networking (L2/L3), including common protocols (HTTP, SMTP, etc), basic VPN and routing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Linux.
  • Experience with: Shell scripting, AWS CLI / GitOps practices (ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)/ SQL (Postgres) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Experience monitoring/logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, ..) 
  • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
