  2. 2 tbs Rose syrup
  3. 1tbs fresh cream
  4. 1 tbs sugar
  5. Rose petals

    First of all whisk the curd and keep all the ingredients ready.

    Now add 1 teaspoon of rose syrup to the curd and mix well and add cream and mix well.

    Now pour 1 teaspoon of rose syrup in a glass and spread the rose petals in the glass.

    Rose lassi is ready. Garnish with rose syrup and rose petals and serve chilled.
