- ケンジントン・アンド・チェルシー王室特別区（ケンジントン・アンド・チェルシーおうしつとくべつく、英: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea、しばしばRBKCと略称する）は、イングランドのロンドン中心部の西寄りに位置する、王室特別区 (Royal borough) の地位を有するロンドン特別区の一つである。区の面積がロンドン自治区の中で最も小さく、人口密度はイズリントン区に次いでロンドンで2番目に高い。 ロンドンの中心部であるシティ・オブ・ウェストミンスターとは王室特別区域の東側で隣接しており、西側ではハマースミス・アンド・フラム区と境界を接する。通称にはヴィクトリア&アルバート博物館などの大型博物館の他、劇場や大学等があるほか、ナイツブリッジにはハロッズやハーヴェイ・ニコルズなどのデパートが旗艦店を構え、ナイツブリッジとベルグレイヴィア、ケンジントン・ガーデンズの各地区周辺には多くの大使館が立ち並んでいる。ノッティング・ヒル地区で開催されるは欧州最大のカーニバルである。中心部はロンドンの高級住宅地としても知られる。一方で、イングランドで最も貧しい10％にあたる地域と最も豊かな10％にあたる地域が混在しており、貧富の差が非常に大きい地区でもある。 (ja)
