  • Keep has played and/or managed in WP:FPL (Russian Professional Football League at very least]], probably higher but I can't read Russian!), so meets WP:NFOOTBALL. Also likely meets GNG based on sources already provided, with assumption there are more out there. GiantSnowman 09:13, 22 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep - article about professional footballer and football manager who had a journeyman's career, but played at least 2 seasons in the Russian First Division (second level) with FK Amkar. There is some online Russian-language coverage of his playing career, and more of his recent managerial career. Article satisfies NFOOTBALL and likely satisfies GNG (although there is a banker with the same first/last name, so my google searches are pulling a mix of sources). • I just realized Lapshin played two half seasons in the Russian Premier League with FC Krylia Sovetov and FC Chornomorets Novorossiysk - I've added references to the article - which is the highest level of professional football in Russia. Jogurney (talk) 15:40, 22 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
