Easter Hymn

This anonymous hymn tune first appeared in Lyra Davidica in 1708, alongside the first appearance of the hymn "Jesus Christ Is Risen Today". It is frequently used for that hymn as well as for other hymns based (directly or indirectly) upon the Latin "Surrexit Christus hodie". It is sometimes mistakenly attributed to John Worgan.
