Buenos días Señor Ronald Mendoza, como se encuentra en día de hoy.
Ronald: muy bien gracias.
JEFE DE TALENTO HUMANO:
Seré muy breve y le hare una serie de preguntas para ver si tiene las cualidades que
estamos buscando para la vacante ofertada por nuestra empresa.
según lo que se exponga en esta entrevista le informaremos si fue elegido par suplir la
vacante ofertada.
1. Háblenos de usted:
Soy una persona íntegra con espíritu emprendedor, con capacidad de liderazgo sólido, formación
humanista y católica.
Responsable, activo, entusiasta con capacidad de escucha y facilidad oral y escrita, poseo habilidades
para trabajar en los diferentes campos de las TIC.
Me considero una persona adaptable al medio, con alta capacidadde responder a las situaciones
de la globalización y promoveriniciativas comprometidas con la sociedad.
Poseo conocimiento en estrategias de sistemas, redes y aplicativos.
Gran capacidad y actitud para trabajar en equipo y con facilidad para relacionarme destacándome
como persona dinámica y muy activa a la hora de desempeñar cualquier tarea.
1. ¿Qué le motiva?
El deseo de siempre estar preparado para los retos que me impone la vida profesional y
personal, siempre buscando sobresalir y realizar bien mi trabajo, eso siempre me satisface.
2. ¿Cuáles son sus aficiones?
Investigar, estar siempre actualizando en mis conocimientos para brindar un excelente

servicio en donde se me ubique.
La música, soy muy amante de los diferentes ritmos y eso me genera una paz en mi interior.
Compartir mucho con mi familia, creo que la familia es el pilar y la columna vertebral del ser
humano.
3. ¿Cuáles son tus planes de futuro si consigues este trabajo?
Ampliar mis conocimientos para seguir estudiando, con la ayuda de este empleo deseo
seguir capacitándome para a si escalafonar en m vida profesional y laboral.
4. ¿Cuáles son tus objetivos futuros o cuáles son tus objetivos profesionales?
Tener mi propia empresa, para as i aplicar todas las ideas de mejora continua que se que
van a ir muy bien con la evolución de las nuevas tecnologías, ayudar a que la empresa donde
labore sea la numero uno no por mi desempeño si no por motivar y a si conformar un exitoso
y gran equipo de trabajo.
5. ¿Qué consideras un éxito importante en tu vida?
El saber que lo que estoy realizando y aportando esta beneficiando y ayudando a que mas
personas logren su objetivo.
6. ¿Por qué dejó su último trabajo?
Por dos razones:

terminación de contrato, ya que era a término definido.
Y porque ya estaba pensando en realizarme profesionalmente y escalar y sé que donde
estaba no podría lograrlo pronto a pesar de haber solicitado que se me escuchara para poder
dar a conocer mis ideas.
7. ¿Dónde te ves dentro de 5 años?
Me veo dirigiendo un departamento de una empresa y porque no ya iniciando la

construcción de mi propia empresa y a si sentirme feliz de lo realizado en mi vida profesional.

1. Tell us about yourself:
I am a person of integrity with an entrepreneurial spirit, with solid leadership skills, humanistic and
Catholic formation.
Responsible, active, enthusiastic with listening skills and oral and written facility, I have skills to work
in different fields of ICT.
I consider myself a person adaptable to the environment, with high capacity to respond to
globalization situations and promote initiatives committed to society.
I have knowledge in systems strategies, networks and applications.
I have a great capacity and attitude to work as part of a team and I have a good interpersonal skills,
standing out as a dynamic and very active person when performing any task.
2. What motivates you?
The desire to always be prepared for the challenges that professional and personal life imposes on
me, always looking to excel and do my job well, that always satisfies me.
3. What are your hobbies?
Researching, always updating my knowledge to provide an excellent service wherever I am placed.
Music, I am very fond of different rhythms and that generates a peace inside me.
Sharing a lot with my family, I believe that the family is the pillar and the backbone of the human
being.
4. What are your plans for the future if you get this job?
With the help of this job, I want to continue training myself in order to climb the career ladder in my
professional and working life.
5. What are your future goals or professional objectives?
To have my own company, so I can apply all the ideas of continuous improvement that I know will
go very well with the evolution of new technologies, help the company where I work to be number
one not for my performance but for motivating and forming a successful and great work team.
6. What do you consider an important success in your life?
Knowing that what I am doing and contributing is benefiting and helping more people achieve their
goals.
7. Why did you leave your last job?
For two reasons:
Termination of the contract, since it was for a definite term.
And because I was already thinking about my professional development and climbing the career
ladder and I know that where I was I could not achieve it soon, despite having asked to be heard so
that I could make my ideas known.
8. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself managing a department of a company and why not starting to build my own company
and feel happy about what I have achieved in my professional life.
