EART Headless – W2 – $600

*Upgraded with Seymour Duncan Pegasus and Sentient pickups. It sounds amazing. This is the much more desirable original version of the EART W2 headless guitar that is a blatant copy of the *strandberg Boden 6. This is a great playing premium guitar with stainless frets, roasted woods. After getting this guitar and installing the SD pickups I sold my *strandberg Boden 6. Amazon link for the new model after *strandberg made them change the shape. Last I checked they sell the new version for $369. Add $218 for the SD pickups and you are around $590. I’m asking a tiny bit more because this is the old version that is a *strandberg copy… and I don’t REALLY want to sell it. But hey… if you want it more than me, then you can buy it.

  *I decided I like this one too much to sell right now.*This version of the Epi LP Custom has the full mahogany body like the oringinal Gibson LP Customs. Some later versions from Gibson and Epiphone have maple caps. But this Epi is true to the original LP Custom design.
  This guitar has some battle scars, mostly on the back of the headstock, by bridge tone knob, and a bit of stand rash on the bottom. The gold hardware has a wonderful patina from age and being played. It is cleaner than a “reliced” guitar, but still has some signs of use. Playbility is where this Epi shines!

    $599 on Amazon last time it was in stock. Smokin’ deal on a nearly new premium guitar with roasted woods and stainless frets. The fit and finish on EART guitars is better than any other brand I’ve found… except maybe *strandberg… which costs 3-4x.

  • Sold Epiphone Les Paul Jr guitar – $125
    It looks pretty good and plays very well.I’ve done the following to it:
    – installed new Ernie Ball slinky 10’s strings
    – cleaned and oiled the fretboard
    – leveled the frets
    – polished the frets to 2000 grit
    – installed replacement tuners (one of the originals was damaged).
    – adjusted the truss rod, string height and intonation to my liking.
    – adjusted pickup height
    – blacked out a few dings and scratches
    – cleaned the whole guitar
    – disassembled to check for any defects or breaks. Everything was fine!
    – played it through a couple of amps to be sure it plays and sounds as it should.This guitar has some battle scars, but cleaned up better than I expected. You’ll note that there are 2x screws in the top below the bridge. I assume there was some sort of vibrato mounted there at some point. I don’t have it or know for certain what it was.

    – adjusted the truss rod, string height and intonation to my liking.

    – cleaned the whole guitar
    – played it through a couple of amps to be sure it plays and sounds as it should.This guitar has some light pick scratches on the pickguard and is used. Overall, it looks pretty much new fom about 2 feet away.

    – while this is a wonderful guitar NOW, it arrived with very sharp fret ends. I filed the fret ends, rounded off the ends a bit, sanded them smooth, then polished the frets to 2000 grit. They are silky smooth now.

  I’ve been playing this a bit more lately. I’m blown away at how good it plays and sounds for so little $. I like it better than a few of the Fenders that I’ve owned. In fact, I recently sold my Fender Deluxe Roadhouse Strat in favor of keeping this guitar.

  • Sold Samick Les Paul Custom guitar
    Samick Les Paul guitar. It has a beautiful black body with 5 ply binding front and back like a Les Paul Custom. Hardwear on the body is black. It had a pickguard at some point, but it is not there now. I have a 3 ply (Black/white/black) pickguard you can have if you remind me. It will need a little trimming to install. Plays and sounds nice. Just got a light fret level and polish, and fretboard oiled. Shielded control cavity, metal output jack, switcraft tyle switch… this is a step above your typical asian LP clone and compares to my Epi LP Custom.

  • Sold Baja Stratocaster – $100

    Nice grain on the maple neck and very little play wear on the frets or rosewood fretboard. Sounds good, plays good. Would be a great guitar for a newbie to learn on. I like it way better than most budget guitars in this price range.
    

  • Sold Firefly FFLP Les Paul “The Bat” Classic red – $189This is a beautiful Les Paul copy that plays nice and looks very good… except for one chip along the bottom edge that is 0.4″ wide x 0.2″ tall.
    Most of the FF “bat” FFLPs have red binding. This is from an oddball limited run that have white binding.
    

  • Sold Firefly FFLG SG with spalted maple – $189

    This guitar has the most stunning wood grain I’ve ever seen with a unique combo of wavy, flame, and a cool spalted pattern in the maple. It would be >$350, but it shipped from the factory with a repair to the finish on the sides of the fretboard that doesn’t look great. You have to look for it to see the repair. It isn’t visible to anyone except the person playing it. It plays fine.
