Boost Mobile App Terms
Boost Mobile Apps (including the ‘Boost One’ app) allow you to access your Boost Mobile account, tools, and personalized content. While we do our best to be as accurate and up-to-date as we can, it’s possible that some product descriptions, third-party links, or other content you see on the App might be out of date, incomplete, or contain errors.
By using the App, you agree to and accept these App Terms (which include all the Terms & Conditions and Policies that you’ve agreed to as part of your Service) and acknowledge that you understand them. We reserve the right to modify the App and the App Terms at any time, but we will let you know if and when they change. If you keep using the App after such a change is made, you are agreeing to the modifications that have been made. If you don’t agree with any modifications that are made, your only remedy is to stop using the App.
The App is provided “as-is” and Boost Mobile assumes no responsibility for the deletion of, or failure to store, any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for your access to the App, and such access may involve third-party fees such as Internet service provider fees or data charges.
You are responsible for any equipment necessary to access the App, such as your Device.
You and Boost Mobile agree to arbitrate any claim, controversy, or dispute of any kind between us, on an individual basis (as opposed to class-wide or consolidated).
You agree to electronic invoice delivery via email and confirm that you can access your invoice online. We will use the email address you provide to communicate with you about the App and tell you about other products and services you might like unless you ask not to receive marketing emails. You agree to promptly provide us with an updated email address if it changes.
You agree to the use of electronic records in connection with your Boost Mobile App account, including but not limited to electronic signatures and disclosure notices, and agree that this satisfies any requirement that we provide you these documents in writing. If you do not agree, do not accept these App terms. You can call 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678) to (a) obtain a paper copy of any document or record for free; (b) withdraw your consent to the use of electronic records; and/or (c) update your contact information.
You may be required to register for an account on the App in order to access certain features. All Boost Mobile Apps are subject to Boost Mobile’s Privacy Policy. If you choose to register an account on the App or you otherwise provide information on the App, you are agreeing to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to keep that information up to date. We can suspend or terminate your account if you provide, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect you have provided, any information that is false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or if your account is otherwise barred, canceled, or suspended. In addition, you may forfeit and immediately lose any unused and/or unredeemed credits or benefits associated with your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account. You agree to immediately notify us of any breach of security, including unauthorized access to or use of your account. We recommend that you exit your account at the end of each session if you use a public device. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that arises from your failure to comply with these terms.
If you access a Boost Mobile App through a link from a third-party website, or if the App provides you with any link to a third-party site, you agree that Boost Mobile has no control over the content on third-party websites and agree and acknowledge that we are not liable for the product, services, content, or other materials offered on third-party sites. You agree and understand that Boost Mobile does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the content or use of such third-party sites and it is your responsibility to ensure whatever you select is safe for your Device and data. Any transactions you partake in with a third-party website are solely your responsibility. You release Boost Mobile from any damages you incur through third-party websites and agree you will not assert any claims against Boost Mobile arising from your use of these third-party sites.
