Is there a cost to move my Boost Mobile number to another carrier?

We don’t charge a fee for moving your number to or from another carrier. However, you should consider:

  • Any remaining balance on a device financing agreement will be applied on your next bill.
  • If you return to Boost Mobile and reactivate your line, discontinued plans or add-ons may not be available.
  • Any promotions or benefits that you were receiving on that line will be lost.

How do I get a Boost Mobile port out pin?

Call Boost Customer Care at (833) 502-6678. You’ll need a port-out pin for each mobile number you’re transferring out.

Note: Do not cancel your line if you plan to port out. Lines will cancel automatically once the number transfer is complete. Your account will remain active until the last line is transferred out.
