Designed by Michael Muroff Architect LLC and developed by Eser Realty, the project involved the full overhaul of a derelict warehouse and yields 31 loft apartments, ground-floor retail space, and amenities including a basement gym, laundry room, and roof deck. The Daly Team at Compass is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is bound by North 10th Street to the north, North 9th Street to the south, and Roebling Street to the east.
