Developed by Foxy Management in partnership with Hebrew Home at Riverdale under HPD’s Senior Affordable Rental Apartments program and designed by SLCE Architects, the building has 122 apartments available on NYC Housing Connect at 30 to 50 percent of the area median income, ranging from $0 to $51,200.
