Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 8800 Bay Parkway, in Bath Beach, Brooklyn. Located between Cropsey Avenue and Bath Avenue, the development is situated two avenues from the Bay Parkway subway station on 86th Street, serviced by the D train.
