Three-Story, 10-Unit Residential Building Planned At 560 19th Street, Windsor Terrace

Brooklyn-based SPB Realty has filed applications for a three-story, 10-unit residential building at 560 19th Street in Windsor Terrace. The structure will measure 10,931 square feet and its residential units are expected to average 828 square feet apiece. It’s unclear whether the apartments will be rentals or condominiums. The 15th Street-Prospect Park stop on the F and G trains is seven blocks away.
