The affordable housing lottery is open for Archer Green, a 23-story mixed-use development at 92-23 168th Street in Jamaica, Queens. Designed by Edelman Sultan Knox Wood Architects and developed by Omni New York, the 552,156-square-foot building will yield 387 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

Phase Two Of Willets Point Affordable Housing Development Approved for Willets Point, Queens

On April 11, Mayor Eric Adams announced the City Council’s approval of phase two of Willets Point, a new affordable development in Queens. The approval is a notable step for the project, which is set to introduce the largest entirely affordable housing project seen in the city in four decades, as well as more than 150,000 square feet of new public open space, more than 20,000 square feet of retail space, a 250-key hotel, and a 25,000-seat stadium for the New York City Football Club.
