It’s nearly 3 weeks since my request for a transfer pack!! This should be automated and simple for customers, instead it’s virtually impossible to get through to a human. Would not recommend but when it’s an employer scheme have no option.

If what I was now reassured will happen proceeds uneventfully I will be very satisfied.
However I was not aware in my first contact that Trustees also needed to take action to confirm that my action
is in order, causing delay.

Agent was courteous and polite. Got me to who I needed to speak with, and although not available at the time, returned my call shortly afterwards. This agent, as above, was also concise and explained things fully. Overall a pleasant experience that got to the result I wanted

Still no resolution or correspondence, regarding the request to get a group policy transferred into my name, even though the company who are the policy holder have given permission over 3 months ago. No one knows what they are doing at this company, constantly kept on hold for ages, often an hour at a time, with no solution in sight. I am on the verge of reporting this to the Ombudsman who regulates pensions if I do not get a resolution to my case.

Dreadful customer service! Steer Clear!

Lengthy process over the phone.

Riya was a very good operative but I found it difficult at times to hear her. I would find it easier if the transcript was emailed or in hard copy for me to go through.

Courteous and efficient resolution of problem

Excellent service

Excellent service.
Very polite helpful staff.
Quite a long initial wait on the phone but as I had chosen the wrong option I was put through quite quickly the next time.

Both people were extremely polite and helpful.

My claim startled in the start of…my experience

My claim startled in the start of November 24 so should of taken 3-4 weeks to sort out but they lost some of the p as paper work and took their time to tell me it's still is not fully sorted yet 24 Jan 25 perhaps next week will bring better look sorry Reassure l wish I could have given you a better review

Excellent service from Niharika Gupta

I spoke with Niharika Gupta about my pension options who was so incredibly helpful. Niharika spent time answering many questions and promptly sent over the information I requested.

On the positive

On the positive. Very friendly, calm call center.
On the negative. I first started the procedure 11/12/24
all was good and should be cleared in approximately 10 working days. I received a mail confirming all was good. If any more info required, then they will be in touch. After 3 weeks all was quiet, so i rang to check the progress. All stopped, missing information!
I am now 7 weeks into the process. Needed to add extra info 5 times, after i keep chasing. All being well i should receive a payment next week.
Because of the stock value and exchange rates my costs today are £1334.
But they are still very nice a polite.
