Fuji Steakhouse is proud to announce the introduction of Y’s Garden, a unique, exquisite location for experiencing innovative and traditional Japanese cuisine and an array of fine wine, ice cold beer, vintage sake, and classic cocktails to be served with Japanese inventive Small Plates, Hibachi and highest quality of Sushi. The expansive, outdoor space framed by beautiful gardens overlooks the idyllic Ramapo Valley, making Y’s Garden the perfect spot for a relaxing, dine out getaway with iconic views of the Ramapo Valley.
 
Patrons will enjoy fine fusion dishes as well as traditional sushi favorites. Menu highlights include succulent Japanese Sausage, an Arabiki Pork Sausage with a mildly smoky flavor served with Potato Crunch Salad and sesame dressing; Yaki Onigiri, an appetizing grilled rice ball with a special, homemade soy sauce; and the sizzling, juicy Grilled Lamb Chop with Japanese Genpei Miso.
 
Guests can also enjoy fresh Sushi dishes crafted by expert chefs, including the creative and fun Tokyo Tower –Shrimp Tempura, Eel and Avocado, topped with Spicy Kanikama Crunch. The equally impressive Green Dragon consists of Spicy Tuna and Tempura Crunch, topped with Avocado and Tobiko (flying fish roe), and served with Daikon Radish, Seaweed, and Japanese Wasabi and Yuzu Citrus Soy Dressing.
 
Mt. Fuji Steakhouse signature Hibachi Steak, Chicken or Seafood served with everyone’s top request of fried rice and noodles. Customers can enjoy the finest grade of Sushi including California rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls among other menu favorites while seated in this new outdoor magical area along the valley. Selected Beers include Kagua Rouge, Kagua Blanc, Sapporo, Kirin Light and Corona Extra. The select Sake collection features Narutotai Ginjo, Nama Genshu, Kansansui Jumai Daiginjo and Shiro Sasa Junmai.  The signature Y’s Mint Mojito tops the cocktail menu, which also boasts classics like the Matai and Pina Colada as well as several non-alcoholic “mocktails.”
