• open this page on Wikimedia Commons
• click on the blue link "Deepcat Gadget"

What happens?:

• when you open the linked section of the page, the title of the active section (and the rest of the content) is scolling unexpectedly

What should have happened instead?:

• the active section should be displayed on a fixed position, with the title on the top of the page
