Vanele cu sertar pană AVK sunt proiectate în fiecare detaliu

cu elemente de siguranță integrate. Sertarul pană este
complet vulcanizat cu cauciuc de producție AVK de tip
EPDM aprobat pentru apă potabilă. În acest fel se asigură
o durabilitate remarcabilă prin capacitatea cauciucului de a-
și recăpăta forma sa

Piuliță sertar fixă și integrată care previne vibrațiile și asigură durabilitate
Sertar complet vulcanizat cu cauciuc EPDM aprobat pentru apa potabilă și profile de ghidaj cu
saboți alunecători pentru a asigura operarea ușoară
Orificiu conic și mărit al sertarului pentru a preveni apa stagnantă
Sertarul și ghidajele de pe corp asigură o funcționare stabilă
Ax din oțel inoxidabil cu limitator de cursă și filet prelucrat prin roluire care asigură o rezistență
sporită
Inel de sprijin circular care asigură fixarea axului și cuplu de operare redus
Etanșare ax: o garnitură de etanșare principală pentru partea interioară și un lagăr din
poliamidă/alamă cu inele cu secțiune circulară
Șuruburi capac cu cap înecat sigilate cu ceară și înconjurate de garnitura capacului

Cuplu de operare redus

AVK gate valves are designed with built-in safety in every detail. The wedge is fully vulcanized with AVK’s own drinking water
approved EPDM rubber compound. It features an outstanding durability due to the ability of the rubber to regain its original
shape, the double bonding vulcanization process and the sturdy wedge design. The triple safety stem sealing system, the
high strength stem and the thorough corrosion protection safeguard the unmatched reliability.
