Grinning Spectre is a ghost that appears during the 2020 Halloween event. He is located at the Lumbridge cemetery along with the Mischievous Ghost and the Mocking Spirit. During the event, Pestilence assigns the player the task of bringing the trio to him to help in the creation of his soup.
