The rune claws' special attack, Impale

Impale is the special attack of the rune claws and its off-hand counterpart. It costs 25% adrenaline and strikes the opponent for 110-130% ability damage with 10% increased hit chance. In order to use this special attack, both main hand and off-hand rune claws must be equipped, but any combination of versions will work.
