Overload ingredient set is an item obtained by exchanging a set of overload ingredients in noted form with a Grand Exchange clerk via their right-click "Exchange" option, followed by the "Sets" tab and clicking on the appropriate item set within the Item Sets interface.

Overload sets are commonly used to speed up the purchase of overload supplies, being able to purchase a single item as opposed to 7 different items.
