Basiliksimab (Simulect) je himerno (miš-čovek) monoklonalno antitelo koje je specifično za α lanac (CD25) IL-2 receptora[2] T ćelija. Basiliksimab je rekombinantno antitelo (IgG1k) koje deluje kao imunosupresivni agens. Ono je 144 kDa težak glikoprotein.[3][4]
