NAD+—diftamid ADP-riboziltransferaza (EC 2.4.2.36, ADP-riboziltransferaza, mono(ADPribozil)transferaza, NAD—diphthamid ADP-riboziltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom NAD+:peptid-difthamid N-(ADP-D-ribozil)transferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- NAD+ + peptid difthamid nikotinamid + peptid N-(ADP-D-ribozil)diphthamid
Toksin diftherije i neki drugi bakterijski toksini katalizuju ovu reakciju.
