Sign up for a meal plan or Wolf Bucks using this form. The meal plan form is also linked in SSO—look for the red “Meal Plans and Wolf Bucks for Faculty and Staff” button.
You can pay using payroll deduction. The payroll deduction schedule will be based on the total amounts below:
- $0.00 – $25.00: Pay over one pay period
- $25.01 – $100.00: Pay over two pay periods
- $100.01 – $250.00: Pay over four pay periods
- $250.01 – $350.00: Pay over six pay periods
- $351.00 or more: Pay over eight pay periods
No, faculty/staff block meal plans and Wolf Bucks do not expire. Remaining meal swipes and unused Wolf Bucks will roll over to the next fiscal year.
Faculty and staff meal plans are offered at substantial discounts ($7.25-$8.53) per meal, depending on the level of plan purchased). For the employee who plans to eat regularly in the Orleans Room or faculty and staff dining in the Freret Room, this is the most cost-effective dining option.
Wolf Bucks are convenient and flexible. They may be used at Loyola's traditional dining locations, and also at retail locations on Loyola campus. Wolf Bucks do offer a tax benefit at the point of sale, but otherwise do not offer a discounted meal price.
Faculty and Staff Meal Plans:
- 10 meals for $85.33
- 30 meals for $225.52
- 50 meals for $360.94
Wolf Bucks can be purchased in $25 increments. Additional meals and Wolf Bucks may be purchased at any time throughout the year.

Yes, meal plans also include reusable to-go boxes for those who want to grab lunch on the go. Each meal swipe is only for one meal, and reusable containers should not be used for additional servings taken to go after eating in the dining room. To-go boxes can be picked up from the Dining Center office or during any scheduled faculty and staff lunch service.
