Wasoga ni kabila la Kibantu linaloishi hasa mashariki mwa Uganda (wilaya ya Kamuli, wilaya ya Iganga, wilaya ya Bugiri, wilaya ya Mayuge, wilaya ya Jinja, wilaya ya Luuka, wilaya ya Kaliro, wilaya ya Busiki).
Lugha yao ni Kisoga (wao wanasema Lusoga) ambayo inazungumzwa na watu 3,000,000 hivi[1].
Leo wengi wao ni Wakristo.
