Absolute poor customer service, bank is good but if you have any issues your done for, cant use my card atm and iv had no solution and now no one replies to me, horrible company
Finally had someone who unblocked this for me and now card works not sure why this couldnt be done at start
They gave me instructions that didnt work twice and no one has emailed or called

I needed help with transfering the app to my new phone, I suffer from ADHD impatience so I asked for a call back instead of hanging on the telephone. 15 minutes later Mara phoned me back and was most helpfull as well as friendly and pleasant, upshot is that I was back on the app within 5 minutes. I have been with Suits Me for about 4 years now and the few calls that I have made to them have all resulted in similar outcomes, so well done to Suits Me in general and to Mara in particular.
The bank takes out their premium charges when ever it suits them. I've had my monthly charges taken out 2 or 3 times in a month. Then upon ringing them up to raise the complaint and reimbursing me the money without any apology or an explanation. Stay well clear of this bank. Am going to be moving to another bank
It’s been over a month since I opened an account with Suitme, and I still haven’t received a working card. Initially, they claimed they sent it via Royal Mail First Class, which clearly wasn’t true. After lodging a complaint, they promised to send a replacement —which took about 14 days to arrive, only for me to discover it had already been cancelled without my knowledge when I tried to activate it.
They then said a third card was on its way. As I write this, I’m still waiting. At this point, it’s not even about the card anymore — it’s about the complete lack of transparency and how their stories just don’t add up.

Customer services is non existent they don't answer e mails never respond to messages they have been taking multiple unauthorised monthly fees 5 payments in the last couple days tgey have taken and I am still waiting for the unauthorised transfer fees they owe for the last 12 weeks next step for me is the banking ombudsman
