Account under review, gave me a 24 to reply to them but wont contact me.
Item lost in post I said happy to refund once paid, I’ve said more than happy to return money but frozen account while “investing”. All over £35 quid, despite the fact this hasn’t happened before and the despite they fact they can see I get paid weekly and that there’s not threat of lack of funds. I’ve got bills and kids supplies to buy.

Max dealt with my query promptly and effectively. I was just upset that I felt nobody was helping me. But my faith in Pockit has been restored. Having worked in Multilingual customer service, sales and retentions for several High Street banks, I use Pockit as a separate account. Any vacancies? I'd like to be part of your team!!

Sort this out SCAM OFF A BANK




I had a advance off £50 which was taken before my account when in to review now u closed my account and took £100 without contacting me you just sent it sort this out you SCAM OFF A BANK!!!
And if u want evidence please let me know because ive got proof off the income advance off £50 not £100 i had £50 and was paid off but u decided to take and extra £100 !!!!

Highly useful

There may be monthly fee or withdrawal fees but the savings you can make on vouchers/e-cards is a great way to get that back and more, or even just using your card in selected stores.
But the best part is if you want to get out and only spend a maximum you can transfer the money into your normal account until you actually need it.

Quick and easy to setup no awkward…

Quick and easy to setup no awkward questions like most banks done within 3 minutes hopefully is good as they say it is as you read many of these on line banks close accounts with no reason

Dealing with Pockit in Probate case

My wife's aunt used Pockit but sadly passed away in March last year. After my wife obtained Probate we contacted Pockit in November about the funds remaining in her account. We have three threads of emails asking for various details from us, all of which we have supplied. But since 10 December we have heard nothing, this is despite chase up emails being sent. We are very disappointed with the silence from Pockit.

Pockit has really disappointed me

Pockit has really disappointed me,I was recommended by a friend so I tried. Iv been under review now for almost 4 days and still can't use the funds a friend sent to me.
I wouldn't recommend putting any money in until you have been reviewed.

I opened the account

I opened the account, and the very next day, my first benefit payment came in, which was intended for rent and bills. Unfortunately, I lost the money within minutes because my account was hacked. After waiting over two months, I was initially told that the money would be refunded to the original source. Later, I was advised that I would not receive any money back, and they have since deactivated my account, stating they can no longer assist me.

I urge everyone to avoid this bank at all costs. I also call for this company to be shut down immediately, as it is allowing fraud to happen easily and taking people's money. I am really struggling, and they do not seem to care.

Amazing

Amazing - always helpful and I have found they solve problems quickly… i do find being charged 99p to tranfer my own money a cheek but other than that fantastic- lovely staff too
