Carefree shopping

The web site is very easy to navigate and making a purchase only takes a few keystrokes for a registered customer. Evri delivered the jacket in about 2 days. The jacket looks better in person than on the screen. The sale price sweetened everything.

Great service, great product

The quality of the clothing, the sizing is perfect and pricing is fair.
If there is one thing I would change is the delivery courrier Evri as they do not provide a great service, things never get delivered on the date they indicate

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers online…

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers online but I had not ordered the correct size.
Brook Taverner agreed to a return and I ordered the correct size which arrived promptly.
The trousers are excellent quality.
Great company to deal with.

The website is clear and intuitive

The website is clear and intuitive, so placing an order is easy. The goods arrived swiftly and were well wrapped. The returns process is straightforward. Therefore I give 5 stars for the experience. As always, the chosen garment is as described and is well made.

The garment I wanted was not available in my local store but I found it online. I used click and collect which saved my postage and it arrived at the store in two days.

Tailoring is spot on and quality very good

My initial impression is that the tailoring is spot on. The quality of the materials seems very good. I like the little details - a contrasting lining on the jacket for example. Sizing is good and delivery very quick. Prices also seem reasonable considering the quality. Overall I'm impressed.

I collected from a local store

I collected from a local store, was received with courtesy. While waiting for my click and collect parcel I spotted some trousers on offer but not my size. The manager immediately offered to check stock with the upshot being that I walked out delighted with two purchases. Could not have been more helpful.

First Time Purchase

Ordered a pair of Trousers for a friends birthday
When they arrived I open the packaging and the trouser hanger was "stuck" to the trousers viva some self adhesive foam on the trouser bar
I sent pictures of the issue and rang and spoke to Michele (10/10) who said she would re-ship another pair
I took the damaged pair to the post office and they wanted to charge me to return a defective product
I rang and spoke to a young man(1/10) and I said I am not paying to send the item back, he said you have to return it to a Yodel drop point.
So I did. They wouldn't except the item without a Yodel a label, so now I am back home downloading a label and will make third journey to return the item
The goods were not fit for purpose, but I was put to a lot of trouble
I can not quoting on the quality but they looked OK they seemed well made, other than the glue on the one leg

shame it is on first order

Great Tailoring and Choice

Great clothes, and choices. Good value for quality tailoring. I like the choice of sizes and styles. Have the delivery pass, which is well worth it ( in my opinion), and free returns are useful feature.

A Consistently good result.

Both the online service and the shops are excellent. We are particularly luck here in Beverley as they are wonderful ambassadors for the brand and we feel welcomed every time we go in. The offers you send in email also make the value even better. This is a strong brand and a great set of products. The recent introduction of recycled materials in the products is also a big green tick, well done.

Can't judge product as it was given to Evri to lose

The parcel was despatched via Evri. It has still to arrive. My attempts to pursue it have been constantly frustrated by Evri's unhelpful and badly structured processes. No serious business should use Evri to deliver, certainly to this area where it is notorious for its incompetence.
