Your edits were done in italics, and they should have been done in regular text. Can you: 1. edit your edit and remove the italics, 2. combine your two sentences you added into a single paragraph, and 3. move the citation so it is after the period and not before it?

So this week I edited two articles on the Wikipedia platform.

The first one is 'Job Satisificition.' For the session of 'Influencing factors', I add a topic about 'The Influence of Remote Work and Digital Transformation on Job Satisfaction'. This could have enriched the article by providing information about yet another factor influencing job satisfaction as companies move to a phase of digital transformation after the epidemic. The argument that innovation entails the implementation of creative ideas was strengthened by the extra sentence, which served to highlight the practical relevance of innovation in comparison to creativity.

For this week, add citations to two articles. The first article I chose to edit is Cyberattack and here is the diff.

Summary of the citation is that i added the Vulnerability Model (VM) which focuses on recognizing attack patterns, potential threats, and assets of value, both physical and intangible. Through this article I learnt that Computer systems' increasing complexity makes them more efficient but also more vulnerable, as software bugs (vulnerabilities) can be exploited, highlighting the importance of proactive security measures.


The second article I chose to edit is Computer security - Wikipedia and here is the diff. Summary of the citation i added is that a target information in a side channel is difficult to detect because its signal is weak and easily masked by other signals. Through this article i learnt more about Computer security and about side channel attacks. Through this article, I learned about the different types of crises.

The second article I edited is Data degradation - Wikipedia and here is the diff. where I added a citation explaining the concept of data degradation. This was a new concept for me, and through the article, I learned that data deterioration can result from various factors affecting the reliability and integrity of digital information, such as physical issues, software faults, security breaches, human errors, outdated technology, and unauthorized access events. Week 5/ Myeon

I add a new aspect about the benefit of work remote. It is under the topic: Higher employee motivation and job satisfaction due to autonomy and flexibility, but the part I added more focus on the benefit of choosing work places flexibly.

Base on the information I learned from a reference of HR 4.0, I added something about talent management and performance management. Make the information about virtual management more comprehensive.

Through the work during this week, and learning from the lessons of previous feedback, I realized that editing articles requires more patience and care, carefully reviewing content and reducing or even circumventing the use of AI. That will be more difficult, but learn more knowledge as well.
