  • This account is in  Possible territory. A lot of their editing comes out of a range that PVR uses, but it's a pretty wide range and the other technical information isn't a match. If it is them, they are taking care to make this account look different from the other recently blocked accounts.  Behavioural evidence needs evaluation Girth Summit (blether) 16:43, 17 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
  • Based on my look I wouldn't be inclined to block this account as PVR and would ascribe the topic overlap as being someone from a region of interest.     Hmm. They don't just share that range - there's a unique IPv4 on a separate range they both crop up on as well, and they're editing the same pages.     If the technical connection is that cut and dry, I'm inclined to believe it's a simple case of block evasion, just not here. Bin thúi ờm is blocked on viwiki, with block reason I've seen used for sockpuppets in the past. Sir Sputnik (talk) 00:41, 24 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
    Yeah, I said that earlier I don't think it's PVR but now I'm wondering if he just found himself a 2nd device. The behavior over there is pretty similar to PVR's haunts over here, never mind the behavior here. Kind of inclined to a CU block for the two as likely to each other and a suspected stamp to PVR. This editor has made the same sort of nonsense edits to their own userspace that we've seen from previous sock, in order to edit Ngo Dinh Diem, which was currently under semi-protection at the time to prevent PVR socking. Their edit summary here shows they are unusually aware of PVR for an account this new. Sir Sputnik (talk) 18:03, 24 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
