Person: Tsuji Hatsuki

Tsuji Hatsuki was born 1950 in Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan. He is an animator, character designer and director. Tsuji belonged at the beginning of his career to studio Gallop, but went freelance after leaving it. He tends to handle all main aspects of a production himself, such as storyboard, animation direction and directing.
