I’m so glad that Studio Orange managed to make this final arc a two-cour; there would’ve been no way to make a coherent adaptation only 12 episodes.
I actually already enjoyed the final manga arc (I may be in the minority), so I’m really excited to see this. |

Interesting how late the series decided to tackle Legoshi's family. I was confused in some flashbacks since there is only scenes of the mother. The cliffhanger felt like a creepy horror movie especially since there was little to no music. It's obvious what will happen just by remembering a previous scene but the cliffhanger sure felt disturbing especially the final scene that reminded me of a horror writer.

Does the manga give a reason why Yahya's tail looks like a cow's or zebra's switch instead of a ponytail? Does he shave it to look badass or something?
I really liked these 12 eps, but I thought it was kind of overkill to have spoiler[Legosi apparently dead or near death] over the space of only 3 episodes. Oh and the best new character was the civet cat and his gourmet coffee. (unfortunately his real life counterparts are treated abysmally to obtain that coffee) |

I was quite disappointed in the second season compared to the manga, and i did quite enjoy the final arc of the manga too, will be wary of this season, i feel like 24 ep's still isnt enough for the final arcs ngl. Also god damn please give us houseki no kuni s2

I suppose that would make sense, but I don't see any sign of wrappings.
