When you see "No Recent Reviews", it means the dealership hasn't received any recent feedback yet, and you can be the first to share your experience to help others make informed vehicle-buying choices!

Who can leave a Rating and Review on AutoTrader?

Any registered user of AutoTrader can leave a review. Following your dealership experience, we will invite you to submit a star rating and short review.

What will prompt AutoTrader to invite me to leave a Rating and Review?

If you complete any one of these three actions:

  • Submit an online enquiry: We will send you an email inviting you to leave a review.
  • Call the dealership from our website: We will send an SMS, inviting you to leave a review.
  • Visit the dealership: Each dealer listed on AutoTrader is able to provide you with a unique link that invites you to leave a review on their particular dealership website.
How do I leave a review?

After interacting with the dealership, you will receive an email/SMS about your experience. Please rate your experience using the star system and write a short review.

Can I edit my review?

Yes, you can edit your review by logging into your AutoTrader account and navigating to your review history.

Are reviews moderated?

Yes, all reviews are moderated to ensure they meet our quality guidelines and provide valuable insights to other users. If reviews are flagged by a dealership or customer, they will be sent to our moderation team for evaluation.
