Everything. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning. Toilet didn’t work first day, they moved us to another room immediately and the toilet worked perfectly. The shower was excellent. The room had a mini kitchen with refrigerator. Breakfast was great. Location was great near a bunch of great eating establishments and pubs. They even had laundry facilities and they provide detergent. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is really nice, in a quiet area with lots of stuff to offer during your stay. Unfortunately we stayed only one night and we couldn't take advantage of everything it was offering. The room and bathroom were big and with a nice view. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. The stuff was very friendly.

We spent 3 days in Cork. It is an easy walking around city with some really good restaurants, particularly Market Lane. Because we were there on a bank holiday, some museums and sites we were interested in visiting were closed. The English Market was one example.
However we did go to Cobh which is a 20 minute train ride away from Cork and has the Titanic Experience which was very well done. Cobh was the last port of call before the Titanic set off on its ill fated journey. Cobh itself is a lovely colourful little place.

A city full of life and characters! Very very walkable and compact, felt so safe! Not the prettiest to take photos of but one of the loveliest to be in and enjoy. Connections to places like Cobh and Kinsale very easy and worth the day trip for!

The location of this hotel is its major asset. It is within easy walking distance to the city centre, and offers free parking. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful, offering assistance with my luggage up to the first floor. (Stairs, no lift.)
There is a night porter bar service offering limited options, which is useful for an afternoon drink or post-dinner nightcap.
The hotel is very charming, in an old building with a waterfall in the yard. Shops, clubs, pubs and restaurants are nearby, the city centre is 5 min by walk. Aircoach to Dublin in the same street. Breakfast was very good and not expensive. Wlan worked very well, the beds were comfortable. I got a quiet room on request in the 3rd floor (well isolated window). I would definitely stay here again!
The room was immaculate and the hosts are friendly. The hotel is within a stone's throw from the city centre and surrounded by two of the most gorgeous green area of the city (UCC gardens and Fitzgerald Park). I used to walk to the city centre without the need to take a bus, which is an option anyway.
Met by a friendly member of staff, we stayed two nights here as part of our Road Trip round Ireland. A good location very close to the city centre, but in a quiet residential area, parking at the Guesthouse.
Great spotless room with a nice en-suite.
BEST breakfast of the whole Road Trip.
Location was perfect as was the hotel. We decided not to have the breakfast as we thought it was a little pricey. But we were quite surprised to se that breakfast in the city centre was the same price or more. Next time we stay more than likely we will book breakfast aswell.
