sze chuan pork ribs ($48 - half slab) on the CNY 2025 menu! this was soooo fork tender and didn't have an overwhelming peppercorn taste. kind of like mala which i lovedddd
this is their signature for a reason!! spicy iberico pork belly and lean pork🤤🤤
could be crispier and the honey plum sauce took some getting used to, but it wasn't bad
superrrr tender and i LOVED the caramelised fuji apples and the shallot marmalade to pair with the meat
look at the layers🤩 i understand why it's called mille feuille now. katsu was crispy and tender, and ofc the cheese made it better🧀
not that great honestly there’s barely any meat :( it’s mostly bones
really good!! even my parents who don’t like mala loved this. the pork wasn’t tough at all too
felt that it lacked depth in flavour :(
actually a very big portion and not bad with the sauce!! but quite bland without and could afford to be less fatty too
roast pork isnt that great tho just get the charsiew!! vvv caramelised i love
so expensive and so bad😭😭 the meat was “smelly” and the seasoning was not it
this was so so good!!! the buttercream poached ribs were incredibly tender and i loved the sauce it came in and pesto mayo drizzle. mash potatoes were nice too and the beetroot was pickled well
