with a 74,000 rank in VITEEE, getting CSE at VIT-AP in category 1 is unlikely, but category 2 is possible depending on seat availability. CSE is highly competitive, but VIT-AP generally has lower cutoffs than Vellore or Chennai campuses.keep backup options and consider related branches like CSE with specializations.

Riya Dhoot 6th May, 2025

hello Atharv,

with an EWS category rank of 18,347 securing CSE or IIT at top government colleges in Madhya Pradesh like SGSITS Indore is unlikely, as their CSE cutoff ranks are typically below 4,000. however, private institutions such as LNCT bhopal and OIST Bhopal have higher cutoff rank, with LNCT'S CSE cutoff around 83,761,  making them viable options for your rank. consider exploring these private colleges through the MP BE counseling process.

How to get admission in abroad colleges

Rajeswari Dey 6th May, 2025

Hi aspirant,

Obtaining admission to institutions abroad entails numerous crucial processes.

  1. To begin, you must research and select colleges and programs that will help you achieve your academic and professional goals, taking into account criteria such as course structure, faculty, location, and cost.
  2. Next, carefully review each institution's admission requirements, which typically include academic transcripts, standardized test scores (TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, GRE, or GMAT depending on the program and country) , letters of recommendation, a statement of purpose, and, in some cases, a resume or portfolio.
  3. Ensure that you meet the minimal GPA and language competence requirements . You will then need to prepare and submit your application online, paying strict attention to deadlines.
  4. After applying, some universities may hold interviews .
  5. Once accepted, you must obtain a student visa by submitting proof of sufficient cash and other relevant documentation to the respective country's embassy or consulate.
  6. It is recommended to visit the individual websites of each and every institution you are interested in for the latest information .

All the best!
