This petition is simply to not allow Arthur Smith to become the OC for the Steelers. Arthur Smith is a trust fund baby and his daddy founded FedEx. FedEx is a minority owner of the Atlanta Falcons. Imagine your father is the founder of JPMorgan and you then applied for a job at JPMorgan. Even if you are unqualified for the job, you will still most likely receive the job due to your connection. His role as Titans OC does not count towards representing his skills because they had prime Derick Henry, Ryan Tannehill, and AJ Brown. Anyone could make that offense work. 

Steelers fans around the nation will be impacted by this as this hire is absolutely ridiculous and a step in the wrong direction. 

A winning season, playoff run, and SuperBowl are are stake. Mike Tomlin has never had a losing season but could due to this hire. 

The Steelers are expected to sign Smith in the coming days and this needs to be vetoed.
