Former weathergirl Sian Lloyd hires a personal trainer... for her FACE (and it's all because her pain threshold is 'too low' to go under the knife)
- Former weather presenter Sian Lloyd, 58, has a 'personal trainer' for her face
- The expert advises exercises and a 'caci' facial (which uses electrical currents)
- Sian says the routine is better than cosmetic surgery - and much less painful
Sian Lloyd has employed a 'personal trainer' for her face to keep it looking younger.
The former weather presenter said her low pain threshold forced her to look for non-surgical anti-ageing options.
Her beauty therapist, Eileen Mulligan, combines 'caci' facials (computer aided cosmetology instrument) with exercises for the 58-year-old TV star's face.
And Sian revealed it's her perfect anti-ageing solution - because she's too much of a 'scaredy cat' to go under the knife.

The caci machine uses a series of electrical pulses, which stimulate muscles in the face.
'We do a mixture of caci and the facial exercises,' Sian said.
'I think it’s the best thing bar none, because the caci lifts you and the facial exercises make your skin tighter.
'I think I’m the only person who is doing the two things together,' she added.
'I’ve got the worst pain barrier ever. My pain threshold is so low.
'I have friends that go to the dentist and don’t even need an injection. I am timid, such a scaredy-cat, so the thought of anything like that absolutely terrifies me.'

Sian has been single for nearly two years after her multi-millionaire husband Jonathan Ashman walked out on their eight year marriage without explanation
One of the more unusual exercises involves throwing her 'head back like an opera singer' before snapping her mouth shut.
'You can feel you chin being tightened,' she said.
'It's like having a personal trainer for your face.'
Sian has been single for nearly two years after her multi-millionaire husband Jonathan Ashman walked out on their eight year marriage without explanation.
She is now launching a dating app called Ourtime, a new tailored dating service for the over 50s from the makers of Match.com.
'I get asked out quite a lot, but by inappropriate people,' she has previously said. 'Much younger, I had a 26 year old the other day.
'On the one hand it’s flattering but on the other I think “dear God, what kind of signals am I giving off?”
'I didn’t go on the date, I hasten to add.
'I just want an age appropriate relationship.'
The weather presenter met Mr Ashman in 2007 and was delighted when he proposed after 10 months.
She had previously been engaged to the Liberal Democrat MP Lembit Opik but the relationship ended and he went on to date one of the Cheeky Girls.
The blonde was also in a long term relationship with university sweetheart Mark Cavendish but started a very public affair with cameraman Greg Tosh while they were still together. Both relationships ended.
Speaking about the future Sian said: 'I think I’m looking for someone to share things with. Sometimes I’m really lonely for a soul mate and that’s what I’m hoping for.'
