The Prime Minister, 61, wore an unusual grey quilted coat featuring shoulder pads, which she teamed with a vibrant red dress.
Continuing the bold red theme, she completed her ensemble with an attention-grabbing hat by Liz Felix and matching Mulberry clutch bag, along with coordinating kitten heels.
Known for her trademark statement necklaces, Mrs May accessorised her outfit with a classic pearl necklace, along with leather gloves.

She picks out most of her clothes herself from a designer boutique in Henley, Oxfordshire, which close to her constituency.
The Prime Minister was previously criticised for her choice of £995 leather trousers by Amanda Wakeley for a photoshoot for The Sunday Times in 2016.
