Bravo is in talks to recast RHOA for season 16 - following 'fan feedback' pleading for a cast shakeup amid series' LOWEST viewership in years
Bravo is considering going to great lengths to improve The Real Housewives of Atlanta's low viewership, after season 15 faced its lowest ratings in years.
Following substantial 'fan feedback' requesting the network recast the reality show, like they did with The Real Housewives of New York City, a source told Page Six that production has started having 'conversations' with stars about a 'major shake up.'
The insider also noted that there has already been 'some outreach' done 'locally in Atlanta to potentially scout new women for the next season.'
A second source referred to the search for new talent as the 'worst-kept secret in town' and alleged that Bravo has been on the hunt for 'the last two months.'

Talks of a complete recast, however, are reportedly still 'premature.'
'Nothing official has been decided,' an insider added.
As of now, no 'famous people of note' have expressed a desire to 'be on the reboot.'
'If they can't find any famous people that want to be on the show, then they can't reboot the entire show,' the publication divulged.
A separate insider told Entertainment Tonight a 'major shakeup' was 'coming to The Real Housewives of Atlanta.'
'Before the women filmed their recent reunion, they were told that they should expect a big change with the franchise moving forward,' the source teased. 'They hinted at a reboot like New York got, but it also could be moving forward with only a couple of the current stars. The cast is on edge about their future and has no idea where the network plans to go.'
The current cast includes Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, Drew Sidora, Shereé Whitfield, Marlo Hampton and Sanya Richards Ross.
Season 15's fourth episode only netted 657,000 viewers, a significant dip compared to previous episodes
