Teresa Giudice posted a curious photo to Instagram on Thursday.
The 52-year-old reality TV star had giant lips in her portrait.

And her followers went nuts over the look.

This comes after she said in November that she decided to dissolve her lip fillers temporarily to correct migration.
And she wanted a natural pout a try after she was slammed for her looks.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star — who recently 'threatened' certain cast members on House of Villains — took to her TikTok page to fire back at critics and bring along her 208.6K followers to correct her filler.
'I know a lot of you make comments about my lips. I like my lips but I’m gonna try a different way,' the reality star said while filming her med spa appointment.
The TV personality explained that when she noticed her lip filler was migrating — which she first got in 2018 — she called her nurse injector Chanel from BeYouth Medspa in Caldwell, New Jersey.
Her nurse — who has previously done her botox — said, 'Instead of a wider look, we’re gonna go for more height, a crispier vermilion border. A more natural look.'

The vermillion border is 'the line of demarcation between your lips and the surrounding skin,' per Hayes Valley Medical Esthetics.
In the hard-to-watch clip with a content warning, Guidice explained that she was looking forward to a 'start fresh' and was 'a little nervous, but excited.'
She sat in the treatment table and as fans watched along while her lips were prepped with a numbing cream and injected with special enzymes that dissolve hyaluronic acids.
When the process was over, the E! star said the procedure went smoothy with no pain or burning sensation. She did claim her lips felt numb.
Hours later, she checked back in with fans and explained that her swelling had 'gone down' and that she has to wait two weeks to 'start fresh' with her filler.

The post was a hit with her fans, racking up 13K likes and 700 comments as well as over 1K shares.

When asked if she had any other procedures done besides Botox the reality star admitted to having 'a little' bit of lip fillers. 'I’m not gonna lie, I’ll tell you,' she told the host.
She also revealed that she had had her breasts done to make them look fuller after joking that her previous cup size was too small for her prefrence.
'When I started, I had none. I had like a minus A,' she quipped, thanking her plastic surgeon Dr. Barry DiBernardo.
