    60 Minutes to Fitness Freedom is a concept. This is not the only way, but it is a tool to put in your toolbox. There are many good fitness plans for getting in shape. This one can be utilized by anyone but is geared for beginners and intermediate fitness. This book will help you attain a leaner, more muscular physique, and help increase mental and spiritual awareness.

    So, having said all that let me get straight to the point so you can start training. My concept is simple 20-20-20.

    20 minutes weight training

    20 minutes calisthenics

    20 minutes cardio

    The purpose of this is to

    Get a balanced work out -Strength, functionality, and endurance

    Get the most bang for your buck (Calories burned, getting toned)

    20-20-20 can work for anyone. It helps achieve the goal of being lean, fit, and healthy. Look good and feel good. The fitness portion of the book is not necessarily for body builders or certain athletes who have their own set of principles. This is for average people who want to feel good, be functional and look their best. This is not about breaking records or competing. It is about being a better you.

    This concept is a minimum not a maximum. So,
