      Brethren, your case is not close until you decide to close it. Don’t give up, fight on in faith, you are born to win. Be violent in prayer. The degree of your violence in prayer determines the victory that awaits you. It is time you count spoils not loss, triumph not defeat.

      CHAPTER ONE

      GENERAL EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER … CALL JEREMIAH 33:3

      Prayer of emergency has no value if God do not give ear to petitions we make. Our petition must be registered and sealed in heaven for possible answer. To achieve this, we must apply right phone number that brings down the hands of God for answer.

      The general emergency phone number of God is Jeremiah 33:3, where God said, Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knoweth not. It is fantastic to know what to do at critical time. God is ready all the time to listen and answer our petition.

      Most times we lose out because of our weak approach to God. We show all manner of laziness and at times fail to feast with the Lord in prayer and in praises. A life of ease and spiritual blindness take us away.

      Emergency phone call is, speaking to God in prayer for urgent attention. Without prayer we are spiritually naked. Prayer is a matter of spiritual life and death. It is not so much knowing how to pray, but taking time to do it.

      When you do it with might and clarity of mind, it is addressed fast. At this point spiritual blindness disappears as deep understanding of heaven is revealed. The more clearly you see the spiritual realm, the more you will pray. Prayer puts us in touch with the spiritual dimension and releases the power of God.

      Many are critical of emergency as they felt helpless in the hurricane of trouble. They felt as if life is falling apart. It is time we rise to situation. Emergency doesn’t mean we are in the rush to receive answer. It means God answering us quickly according to right prayers made at the right time. Emergency prayer is never a hundred meter race. God can answer quickly than any hundred meter record ever set by man. He is quick to answer depending how we call him.

      In time of emergency, be ready for way and manner to do it. Emergency prayer is a serious battle for the serious mind. It is a red alert to put on the whole armour of God. Anyone going into battle must understand the need of proper weapon and armour. To be equipped is one thing; the manner to use them is another. A soldier not trained in the use of armoury shall end up woefully.

      Don’t drag legs on the floor, nor entertain close mouth. Emergency time doesn’t connote sadness as such. It is a time that wakens the mind for action. It tells you to take action and call upon the Lord for surprise, miracle, signs and wonders. Such time calls you into duel with Satan in prayer and supplication; in praise and in songs. When you praise God and go into prayer in the midst of calamity, Satan is done for. With prayer you open windows, gates and doors of heaven for answer.

      Our great undoing is we often wait for evil day before we take action. This is a spiritual fatal dose. We should put on the whole armour daily, so that when Satan and his agents see us, they fright. If we don’t place the whole armour there will be places left open in our lives where the devil can come in to destroy us. What good is it, to lock all windows when the front door is left open?, or lock front door while windows are left open? There is danger doing so. When we put on the whole armour, things become easy. Battle is fought with ease; powers are conquered with ease; while recovery becomes simple.

      With sound spiritual technique, we become strong against attacks. When evil comes against our marriage, we are strong. When evil comes against our career we become strong, when evil come against our children, it meets us strong. Why?, because we put on the whole armour of God.

      God told us to fight; He provided us with the tools we would need to win the battle. The tools include, prayer, praises, sincerity of purpose, non-indulgence in sin, braveness, trust in the Lord etc. Hence, we need to use these tools for them to work. If we don’t have our armour on, we are easy prey for Satan.

      One major instrument of grace in time of emergency is to ask for favour. When you seek and see the face of God, those who forsake and hate you will accept you. When God favours you, good doors shall open while enemies will turn to friends; dark arrows will melt, while joy will feel your heart. Divine favour makes you suck the milk of nations and build wealth. When God favours you, your story will suddenly change as gold shall replace silver in your life.

      Emergency cry sometimes bring unmerited favour. It is when God answers you far above what you bargain for. It will be in the like of Isaiah 65:1 that says, I reveal myself to those who did not ask for me, I was found by those who did not ask for me, I was found by those who did not seek me. To a nation that did not call on my name. I said, ‘here am I, here am I This is special favour of God. He favours you without clamoring for
