    I really liked Steve book about self discipline. Straight to the point and filled with effective methods to reach control of your life, is probably one of the best guide on th emarket. Highly recommended

    This book teaches self-discipline extremely well. If you’re trying to better yourself and want to become more disciplined, this is definitely the book. I would love to go into details, however I think you should find out for yourself.
