Microsoft Excel’s Power View is a complex visualization function that allows users to create graphs, charts, and reports. Analyzing Data with Chart Visualization

Power View provides various Chart options. The charts in Power View are interactive. Furthermore, the Charts are interactive in a presenting environment, allowing you to dynamically accentuate the analytical results. Charts can contain a large number of numerical variables and series. Labels, legends, and titles can all be shown or removed from a chart. 

Step 1: Now convert the table to a Chart. Select the Table. Go to the DESIGN tab. Select any Chart from the Switch Visualization group. Here we are selecting the pie chart.

Step 2: Now, as you can see, the Table has been changed to a Pie Chart.

Analyzing Data with Map Visualization

We can use maps to present our data in a geographical context. Power View Maps employ Bing Map Tiles, so one can zoom and pan it like other Bing maps. Power View must submit the data to Bing through a secure online connection for geocoding in order for the maps to function and work. 

Step 1: Now we are going to convert the table to a Map. Select the Table. Go to the DESIGN tab. Select Map from the Switch Visualization group.

Filtering Power View

Step 1: Select the table, then in the top right corner of the table a filter button is shown, it shows the filter icon. After clicking on it, it shows the table in the filters area.

Step 2: Once we click on it, excel will open a filter popup window, we will use specifying the filter criteria depending on our requirement to filter out the table data. In this, we are filtering the days i.e. greater than or equal to 4.

Step 3: Now you can see it shows only filtered data.
