Read as much as you can. Research deeply about the subject areas you are interested to write, and always try to improve your knowledge. It is very important to be knowledgeable. Read life stories about authors and successful people.
Writing daily is a must. Keep a pocket note book always with you and write. Write anything, write down your feelings, thoughts about certain incidents and situations. Practice writing daily and show your work for experts and get their advice. But do not become discouraged by comments.

The best thing about being a writer is that you can create your own world, which sometimes may not really exist. You can create characters you dream of, you can explore and create adventures. The best part is, you can make an impact on the society. A writer is someone who has his or her voice being heard, vision being known in the society. A writer is someone who analyses the society, people and the world around him or her. Simply a writer is someone who pays attention to the utmost simple things happening around him or her. I believe the best things about being a writer is, you are going to live forever through your work, in your books, in the hearts of your readers, in your characters. A good writer contributes to the survival of civilization. (less)

A forgotten gateway, Lost in time…

As I enter an unknown world, long forgotten…
No one remembers the name of this land, once glorious, but now in ruins…
I touch the ruins, and feel the heartbeat of a dying civilization,
The air whispers songs of fallen heroes.
I walk through the ruins, as the path beckons me…
