Es una novela bien escrita y fácil de leer que engancha bastante. Que se titule Escape Room no me parece un buen título, ya que se relaciona demasiado con los juegos de escape y en realidad no tiene nada que ver (salvo que están encerrados y quieren salir, pero tema de pistas y tal es escaso).
Yo no suelo ser de predecir que pasará, pero en esta sí me ha pasado, de pensar "bua, el culpable es esta persona claro clarísimo" en las primeras 100 páginas y después acertar, así que por mucho plot twist que le hayan querido dar es insuficiente. Además el final ha sido bastante anticlimático.

Seguimos la saga por donde se quedo la primera, así que más vale leer la primera antes. Lo que me gusta de esta segunda parte, es que Shusterman consigue darle el matiz y la profundidad a la historia con tramas nuevas para que la historia siga pareciendo la misma, sin ser aburrido, o sin que decaiga el ritmo de la primera.
Si pensabas que Desconexión era perturbadora... Reconexión tiene motivos para no quedarse atrás.

No he conseguido simpatizar con la protagonista en ningún momento, nunca me ha dado lástima su situación, y el final es de esa clase que te dice "todo esto para nada".
Un libro juvenil que tiene la intención de desalentar de las drogas (o eso me pareció a mi en un principio), y al final consigue lo contrario... porque bien está lo que bien acaba......more

Me ha gustado que no fuese algo instantáneo, que fuesen sentimientos que se van desarrollando, poco a poco, que tuviesen que vencer miedos, inseguridades, y comentarios de gente. Que sigan siendo adolescentes y crean que pueden superar el mundo. Que sea un amor trágico. Porque es como todos sentimos el amor siendo adolescentes, y en ese sentido me ha parecido muy real.

Para empezar se nota que está dirigido a un inicio de adolescente, cuando estás sobre los 14-15, que no más tardío, o incluso joven o adulto. Los relatos pasan por encima, sin entrar en profundidad en los temas, sin hablar del bullying con toda su crudeza. Se nota que querían darle una visión más positiva, porque sí que es cierto que cuando sufrimos bullying, sobretodo siendo adolescentes, parece que ese es tu mundo, que no puedes escapar, que jamás cambiará... así que entiendo este enfoque.
Los relatos que más me han gustado son el de Manu Carbajo y el de Javier Ruescas, por ese orden. Quizás, al ser fantasía, se atreven con otros elementos que los otros no se han atrevido. Además, buscan otro enfoque diferente, intentando enseñar nuevas perspectivas.
El de Jedet, es quizás el más diferente. Es el que más se dirige al lector,y el que menos "relato" es. Habla de sus sentimientos, tal cual, y cuenta dos hechos que le han sucedido a él bastante diferentes. Y me ha gustado, porque te deja entrever lo que es su vida, cómo lo pasa,y que los adultos podemos ser igual de crueles, y que el acoso no acaba en las aulas... que aún tenemos que aprender mucho de tolerancia, de aceptación, de respeto. Me ha gustado mucho, por todo lo que te deja ver, aunque en cuanto a narrativa o estilo es más flojo.
Y Andrea Compton y Maria Herrejón. Pese a que son los relatos con los que más me podría haber identificado de joven (por desgracia para ellas, y para mí), se me han quedado flojos. A Andrea Compton le hubiese faltado más contexto para enseñar lo que pueden dañar esas palabras, aunque los que lo hemos vivido sabemos lo que se lleva a la espalda. El de María Herrejón está muy orientado a sus sentimientos, a la lucha que hizo siendo joven. Entiendo que no hayan querido profundizaren lo escabroso, primero porque entiendo que no es el objetivo del libro, y segundo porque entiendo que es muy difícil enfrentarse a eso y encima para hacerlo público, para seguir llevando en la frente el estigma, para enseñar a esa gente que hubo un momento de tu vida en el que sí tenían poder sobre tí.
Al final, esperaba un libro más duro, más emocional, que me hiciese acabar llorando por sacar mis propios fantasmas, los insultos que llevo cicatrizados, los momentos que tengo guardados en la mente.Pero no ha sido así, me ha costado mucho sentirme identificada, y no es una lectura "dura". Pero mentiría si digo que no me ha gustado, no es verdad, me lo he leído de una sentada. Pero no es lo que esperaba, pese a que entiendo porqué no es lo que esperaba. Y me alegra que con mi compra se destine dinero a combatir el bullying, eso ante todo....more
